Not a quick fix

Many are quick to judge when things don’t go as planned. Some begin calling for the manager to get sacked, shouting abuse at everyone just to let their frustration out. To point out what was said when Darrell Clarke was appointed as manager in May last year. It was pointed out that this is not a quick fix. It will take time to build a new team, and with time they meant one or two seasons not a few months into his first season.
All too often in recent years, we have looked to achieve success short-sighted instead of long-sighted. Taking the cheap option and hoped the team play way over their ability.
As painful as it is may feel we should look less what we did 20 years ago and instead look forward to seeing how the club can progress in the next 20 years.

Owner Leigh Pomlett has asked for at least 5000 every home match. To get that the club has to provide the fans with a good matchday experience. You want to be entertained when watching the match. You don’t want to have a long wait to get served food and drinks.
Many fans have complained for a long time about the bad service at the kiosks and bar and this is something the club has to look into.
The club can’t demand people come watching and spending their hard-earned money and get nothing in return.
